A single year membership for one adult member.

A single year membership for one "family". 

Only the "primary" contact for the family should register with this form and payment.  After registration and payment is complete, please have additional family members who wish to join e-mail us with their name, their e-mail address and the "primary" contact's name.  Their accounts will be setup for them and access granted once their relationship with the "primary" member is confirmed.

1 year $ 35.00.

The membership associated with the paid family memberships.  This one is assigned to the family members ONLY, not the primary one.  You may only apply for this membership if your family has already paid the family membership.

Be sure to fill out the "Family Membership Primary Name:" at the bottom of this registration page.  We need this information to determine whether or not your application should be approved.

For those members who are paid already and are needing to get their online profiles created.  Please use this subscription request.

Your membership profile will be updated with the correct anniversary date after you submit.  You will not need to pay to fill out this profile request.

  • Items I choose to not have published, I will leave blank (if they are not required).
  • Any images I submit for competition may be used on the LPS website, newsletter or for LPS publicity.

  • I will not disseminate any of the member information shown herein without prior consent from the person(s) involved.
