Article 1: Name

This organization shall be known as the Loveland Camera Club, herein referred to as the Club.

Article 2: Objective

The Club shall exist as a non-profit organization to promote the art and science of photography for the enjoyment, education and benefit of its members.

Article 3: Meetings

Regular meetings and special events shall take place as designated by the Board and advice to the members.

Article 4: Membership

Active and Honorary shall be the membership classifications. Active members are those whose dues are paid, and they shall have full voting and competition rights in the Club. By two-thirds majority
vote of the Board, a person who has rendered meritorious service or brings distinction to the organization may be elected as Honorary Member without dues for any period up to life.

Article I Name

The organization shall be named the "Loveland Camera Club".

Article II Headquarters

The Headquarters shall be in Loveland, Colorado, the exact location and mailing address to be established by the Board of Directors and defined in the By-laws.

Article III Objective

The objective of this club is to operate as a not for profit organization while promoting the art and science of photography in all of its facets through the association and camaraderie of its members and to conduct competitions, displays and meetings for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge and enjoyment of photography.

Article IV Membership

Any person with a sincere interest in-photography, regardless of sex, race, color, or creed, may become a member by conforming to the requirements of the by-laws. Active membership shall be the only class of membership and they shall have full voting rights
