  • I understand that some member profile information may be published in the online or printed LPS Membership Directory.
  • Items I choose to not have published, I will leave blank (if they are not required).
  • Any images I submit for competition may be used on the LPS website, newsletter or for LPS publicity.
  • I will not share my website access credentials with anyone.
  • I will not disseminate any of the member personal information shown herein without prior consent from the person(s) involved.
