Linking Guidelines
If you or your organization wishes to participate in a link exchange program with Loveland Photographic Society, please review the linking guidelines we have established.
- General Criteria for all Types
- Sites must appear complete (i.e., no obvious broken links, missing info, etc.)
- Reciprocal links (link exchanges) are requested in return.
- Member Sites
- Either commercial or personal sites will be handled similarly.
- Members must be in good standing and the site should be photography related.
- Links to Photo Clubs
- Reciprocal links within 10 business days are required.
- They will need to e-mail the URL with the link to confirm.
- Commercial / Vendor Sites
- No policy has yet been established for publishing links to commercial vendor websites.
- Requests will be taken and held until a club policy has been established.
- Photo Community Links
- e.g., PhotoLinks (http://www.photolinks.com)
- Request will be evaluated and added after approval by review committee.
- Speaker Site Links
- Links to speaker sites will be held for 12 months.
- Educational / How-to / Helpful to Members, etc. Site Links
- Requests will be evaluated and added after approval by review committee.
