By accepting the terms and conditions, I agree that:
- I understand that some member profile information may be published in the online or printed LPS Membership Directory.
- Items I choose to not have published, I will leave blank (if they are not required).
- Any images I submit for competition may be used on the LPS website, newsletter or for LPS publicity.
- I will not share my website access credentials with anyone.
- I will not disseminate any of the member personal information shown herein without prior consent from the person(s) involved.
